Common Installation Problems and Solutions

Problem: Files won't download to my device...

• Space. Our most common reason for this is that you do not have enough space on your device. Please check your device's available space first. 

Problem: I've downloaded the files but I can't get them to install into Procreate.

• The most common mistake is not following the correct installation process, be sure to watch our video here: Procreate Digital Brushes Installation

Problem: When I go to install my brushes, the files are greyed out and it will not let me select them.

• This is usually because you are clicking "Import" inside Procreate, which is actually not intended to import brushes -- that is only for importing images. Instead, (after unzipping) simply click the brushset file inside of your "Files" app and it should start the installation process.
